2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
All program content (videos, worksheets, activities, and communication tools) is provided solely for personal educational use.
Sharing login credentials or content outside of your account is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Kaahe—including videos, text, designs, logos, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Kaahe or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
4. Code of Conduct
By participating in our programs, you agree to:
Be respectful and kind in all communication with trainers and peers.
Avoid using offensive, inappropriate, or harmful language or behavior.
Not misuse or exploit any content or platform feature for unethical purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any participant violating these rules, without refund.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the start date of the class/program.
No Refund: If cancellation is requested within 30 days of the start date or after the class/program has started, no refund will be provided.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@kaahe.in. All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Modification of Services
Kaahe reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any class or program. In such cases, affected users will be notified in advance. If a program is canceled by Kaahe, participants will be offered alternate options or refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kaahe is not liable for:
Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection.
Missed classes due to personal reasons.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Privacy Policy
By using Kaahe, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.
9. Governing Law
