Refund Policy

At Kaahe, we are committed to delivering high-quality programs that support student growth in communication, creativity, and digital wellness. We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy for all paid programs:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the class/program.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the class start date or after the program has started are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please email us at kaaheindia@gmail.com with your registration details and reason for cancellation. The date of your refund request email will be considered for refund eligibility.

Processing Time:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Services:

  • One-time registration or processing fees (if any)
  • Any classes or modules already accessed, attended, or downloaded

Policy Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds due to:

  • Change in schedule
  • Personal inconvenience
  • Technology/access issues not caused by Kaahe
